We Are Randox

We Are Randox

At Randox we save lives; imagine what we could do for your career!

Whether you’re a life scientist, mechanical engineer, software developer, marketer, HR advisor or graphic designer, Randox wants to hear from you.

When you join Randox, you join a team of people committed to making a positive change in the world.

That’s why we took on the role of title sponsor of the Randox Health Grand National – to share with the public our message of preventive health.

A Collaborative Effort

Across every division our team help to save lives – whether it be designing the newest Biochip to test for Alzheimer’s disease, developing the latest software for use in hospitals and universities, making food safer for people to eat, or designing the branding for the Randox Health Grand National at Aintree, to share our message.

Every member of our team plays an essential role.

Where we work

Our headquarters are in Northern Ireland, but we have teams based all over the globe. We have offices and distribution in 145 countries.

We’re also very excited that over the coming months and years our headquarters will be relocated to the Randox Science Park in Antrim.

Have a listen below to our staff who are already working there to find out what they think of it.

Supporting our staff

Our mission is to keep people living healthier lives for longer so they can enjoy the best of life.

That’s why we also host great parties and BBQs for our staff, have a bunch of sport teams and we love putting on internal competitions with incredible prizes!

Each year we also host our Manufacturing Awards Dinner, to connect with our colleagues and celebrate their successes.

This year, Kathleen Keery was named as Randox Employee of the Year. Read all about it by clicking here!

Celebrating our staff

We feel lucky to have the support of such an impressive bunch of people. Our talented employees from all over the world ensure Randox remains a growing and innovative company and they help us to achieve our goal of improving health worldwide.

Not only that, our employees have also seen and done some amazing things in their personal lives. This is something we want to celebrate, and so we have decided to share some of their stories with our new #WeAreRandox campaign.

You can read some of our employees’ stories below or visit our News Page for the full range of #WeAreRandox stories.

Our employees help us to give back!

From a small company in 1982, to a large global organisation with over 1400 employees, we are appreciative of the support we have received on our journey. As such, we aim to give back to our local and wider community, and do this by hosting a variety of annual events, sponsoring some amazing organisations and fundraising for local charities.

Our colleagues are the driving force and we love to support them in their fundraising efforts which include bun sales (aren’t we lucky!), coffee mornings and quirkier events such as dress up days.

Some of the great charities we have supported include Macmillan Cancer Support, Hope 365 and The Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Not forgetting our official charity, the Princes Trust, to whom we provide long–term support to ensure they can continue transforming the lives of youths by helping them get into jobs, education and training.

Aside from our charity fundraising efforts, we get to work with some fantastic organisations, and give back while doing it!

In addition to our sponsorship of the Randox Health Grand National, we also sponsor Camerata Ireland & Barry Douglas, which allows us to express our pride in music and the arts.

A chamber orchestra founded by pianist Barry Douglas, Camerata Ireland perform all over the world, and we are lucky enough to enjoy this experience with them!

In addition to Camerata Ireland and Barry Douglas, we also sponsor the Wild Atlantic Adventure Race (WAAR) in Donegal Ireland.

WAAR is a race consisting of a 7.5K Run, 42.5K Cycle, 2K Hike & 1K Kayak, and is a fundraising event for the Naomh Muire GAA club who aim to promote positive health and wellbeing in the Donegal community.

The 2017 event was launched earlier this year by Jason Black, an sportsman and adventurer who aims to inspire others to push themselves to unlock their potential!

Proud to sponsor this event, our Randox Teoranta employees in Donegal love to partake in the race.

You can read more about it here.

Annual events

And finally, our annual events give us a chance to get to know our supporters and this is something we really enjoy!

Starting with our annual Farmer’s breakfast at Randox HQ, we are given the opportunity to not only spend time with those in our local rural community, but to also host a delicious breakfast for them to enjoy.

Our local annual Point to Point event is also a great chance for us to get to know the wonderful people in our wider community; travelling in from far and wide our guests enjoy a ‘day at the races’ with additional family fun entertainment.

Additionally, our huge Polo events in both Scotland and on the Causeway Coast of Northern Ireland, allow us to extend our reach, and we get to meet our customers and supporters from all over the world!

We believe Randox is one of the best places to work – but don’t just take our word for it, apply and see for yourself!

We are growing fast, and have plenty of opportunities for smart and skilled people to join us.
